This starts as Chair Tai Chi but can be changed to Standing or Walking Tai Chi. There are 9 moves named Wind, Environment, Fire, Left, Self, Right, Water, Other People, and Ground where the movement emphasizes the particular element or awareness of that element. There are 7 levels of explanation of these 9 moves, each level lasts for 5 minutes of practice. The 7 levels of explanation are: Posture, Strategy, Color, Number, Tarot, Algebra, and Original Explanation as it was presented in 2016.
