Elixia controlled all aspects of politics, economy, and the military, making war and poverty a thing of the past. However, that peace suddenly crumbles.Unidentified enemies appeared in cyberspace and began to erode the system of Elixia. The city's infrastructure was in chaos, communication networks were cut off, and people faced fear.In response to this situation, cyberdiver "Ayame Crow" began investigating cyberspace. Cyberdivers are people with special abilities who can directly connect their consciousness to cyberspace.Behind this crisis, it was discovered that there was a human being called "Phantom" who uploaded his mind into cyberspace. He was plotting to control Elixia in order to lead humanity to chaos that he called freedom.Ayame boards the cyber fighter Image Striker and contacts Elixir.
