GUNTOUCHABLES is a 1-4 player co-op survivor-like shooter where the enemies evolve just like the players.The world has fallen and is overrun by a hostile and ever-evolving mutant horde after an unfortunate incident at a local biological research lab and military facility. A ragtag group of survivors are doing 'GUN RUN' missions for the Government to find and deliver supply crates of classified military equipment and know-how before the enemy horde can obtain them and take advantage of their contents.The supply crates contain powerful upgrades essential for your team’s overall progression. But for every crate your team delivers on a mission, your surroundings grow more hostile. The risk of not getting back in one piece increases with every decision to venture out after another crate, as the incoming hordes of mutants get harder to defeat.Each mission provides the survivors with only a finite amount of crates. Every crate that you and your team do not manage to bring to safety will fall into the hands of the mutants; the potent upgrades within the crates cause the mutants to sprout into new, dangerous evolutions of themselves that you and your team will meet in upcoming missions. Throughout the game, you are constantly faced with a tough dilemma: Is your team strong enough to find and deliver another crate - a decision that can essentially make or break your team’s chances of survival? If you and your team are ill-equipped to handle the perils waiting for you up ahead, bad decisions and panic proliferate and will undoubtedly lead to your untimely demise. But how many crates can you risk leaving for the mutants, not knowing what kind of lethal metamorphosis you will need to deal with on future missions? If shit hits the fan, Marcus the doctor is an expert with a first aid kit and carries a saw to cut through obstacles. The Scout is fast on her feet and ample with a shovel during close encounters. Mr. B is a lifesaver in a pinch as he carries extra ammo to share, and Alfred the marksman delivers extraordinary damage with unparalleled precision.Each survivor has their own particular set of skills and unique upgrades that require different paths to unlock their potential. UPGRADES AND WEAPONSNo pain, no gain! Every crate you deliver will contain weapons and perks that will increase your chances of survival. A wide variety of explosive launchers, machine guns, shotguns, and pistols can be obtained from the crates, with more to come. Perks can enhance basic stats like HP, speed, stamina, or ammo capacity, or work as complementary augmentation for the unique abilities of each class.If you and your team are too weak to deliver all the crates in a mission, the upgrades and weapons WILL FALL into mutant hands. This will enable the mutants to develop new types of deadly attacks, buff up their base stats, and establish individual defensive characteristics that your team will be up against for the remainder of the missions. DO NOT LEAVE THE CRATES IN ENEMY HANDS.
